We know that people leave managers, not companies, but rarely does anyone put a price on what some organisations do to drive down performance and increase turnover. Unfortunately, many care more about fixed assets and equipment than human resource which is a critical success ingredient.
People are the most important assets that any organisation could possess. Train them so well that they’re attractive to your competitors but look after them, care for them, value them so much that they won’t want to leave you.
You might be able to count the number of seeds in an apple, but you cannot count the number of apples in one seed. Let’s continue to remind each other of our potential and not our limitations.
